My journey…

I have over 15 years of multi-market, cross-industry experience. 

Having started my career in India at a PR agency, I went client-side and slowly but surely started to build my expertise across the communications spectrum. 

I went from running marketing campaigns and forging sponsorship deals in the entertainment business to running employee engagement campaigns for technology giants like Oracle and Infosys.

In 2013, my partner and I made a big life and career move to the UK.

I started at Which? Consumer Association, helping them create new channels and content for deeper employee engagement. I then moved to spending quite a number of years at Save the Children, where I added more feathers to my comms hat! 

Opening myself up to the world of crisis communications, owning digital content strategy for web and social, working with child and youth campaigners, rewards and recognition, to delivering impactful communication tactics for global campaigns, launching advocacy reports and leading a network of communicators across 70+ offices – I did it all and more!

My final in-house role was with The&Partnership where all of my career’s learning came together in terms of delivery. I led their communications work across internal and external worlds. I drove narrative builds, led multiple PR campaigns, helped leaders put their thoughts to paper, and supported their diversity and inclusion efforts.

And now finally, I am putting all that I have learnt and experiences I have gathered to help organisations - big and small - craft and tell their stories, with impact.

I believe that there is are stories worth telling all around us. From an anecdote of what happened on the way to the office, to delivering complex organisational transformation; from shaping multi-market office culture to growing your business. When done right, stories create an emotional connect with the reader, reassuring them of their beliefs and driving them to take the desired action.

I am drawn to businesses that care about its people, that have empathy at the heart of what they do, truly believe that strong communications is a superpower and believe in creating a thriving work environment for all.
